Competitors have the flexibility to cross-over between eligible classes and divisions. Please note that separate entry fees will apply when entering more than one class.

The Coach’s Pass provides coaches/trainers with access to our backstage competitor areas.
Please take note of the following guidelines:
– The Coach’s Pass is mandatory for entry into the backstage area. No person will be permitted backstage without a valid pass.
– To purchase a Coach’s Pass, you must present a valid NPC card.
– Signing the NPC waiver is a requirement when obtaining the Coach’s Pass.
– Please note that the Coach’s Pass can only be purchased in person during the check-in process.

Sheets and Towels for those of you staying in any hotel. It is a good idea for you to bring your own sheets and a couple of cheap towels with you to use because if your tanning dye gets on the hotel sheets and towels you will be charged for them. We recommend the Fearless 251 Sleep Sack to protect your hotel sheets and help avoid the high fees hotels charge to replace sheets.
Please be aware that any damage done to your hotel rooms through the use of tanning products or by any other means is the responsibility of the person on the room reservation.

ATHLETE MUSIC SUBMISSION
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MUSIC SUBMISSION:
Submit your music file using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
Ensure that your music meets the guidelines.
GUIDELINES:
Bodybuilding, Classic Men’s Physique, and Women’s Physique: Maximum time limit of 60 seconds.
Fitness competitors: Maximum time limit of 2 minutes.
No profanity allowed in the music; competitors with profanity-laced music may be disqualified.
Figure, Bikini, Wellness, and Men’s Physique categories will use house music.
All competitors are required to perform their routines regardless of placing.
